Lex Errazo is a visual artist based in Tkaronto/Toronto whose practice includes illustration, animation and graphic design. While working with themes of science fiction, his work presents a deep infatuation towards the past through the exploration of memory, archaeology, youthfulness and of his own Filipino and Canadian heritage. With his work, he aims to uphold his roots by echoing its history, tradition and aesthetic through worldbuilding and imagery of speculative futures.
He studied Independent Illustration at Seneca College and continued his education in Animation at Sheridan College. Outside of his creative practice, he enjoys watching films, reading comics, and running along the lakeshore.
